My fascination for abandoned and decaying spaces has been with me my whole life. I absolutely love history and over the years I have researched and sometime stumbled upon some of the most incredible liminal  historical spaces frozen in time. these range from Cold War bunkers, steel works that span several acres, quaint English cottages that have been left empty as if the family may return any moment, and war time weapon production facilities.

For those wondering, a liminal space is the uncertain transition between where you've been and where you're going physically, emotionally, or metaphorically.

I feel this word encapsulates these spaces perfectly.
