Who am I?
Here you will find out what it is that I do, why I love to do it, and what keeps me going.
What sets me apart from other photographers out there?
I would have to say it is my versatility behind the camera and the fact that I am an active participant in my chosen area, not just a spectator. All my work is based around one core principle, and that is authenticity. Whether it be documenting an adventure, capturing a wedding, or helping brands and businesses show the world what they are about, authenticity runs throughout.
What motivates me...
I divide my time between being behind the camera and being fully immersed in the experience. My background is in long-distance adventure cycling, racing, mentoring, and outdoor education — all of which continue to shape how I see and photograph the world.
Each week, I step outside photography to mentor children and young adults with special educational needs. We use the outdoors to explore creativity, build confidence, and develop skills for whatever comes next. This work keeps me grounded. It reminds me what really matters — connection, curiosity, and the courage to keep seeing the world with fresh eyes.
Throughout this website I hope to communicate my personal approach and philosophy towards each area of my photographic interest, as well as highlight projects that showcase a singular moment within that journey.
